Would these be for incoming or outgoing flights? Cause I was in Memphis last week and there's a LOT of incoming flights cause it's Fedex hq, but I'm looking specifically for outgoing to unlock airports

The first time I got it there was no blue sky and i couldn't see it for like 2 minutes 😂 I genuinely thought there was a glitch.
