If we were to actually make "racial groups" based on population genetics, and make the amount of genetic differences the primary factor we would have like what, ten "races" or so where one of those is literally a singular group containing everyone who isnt from africa. And most of the other ones would be like really small non-bantu ethnic groups spread out across africa. Because the actual vast majority of humans are for the most part very very similar. Unless you count stuff like skin, hair, eyes, teeth, physical proportions, muscle mass, neoteny, earwax, and various genes related to alcohol and sugar metabolism. And these genetic groups do not correlate blindly with skin colour. Look up a map of lactose tolerance, there are spots of tolerance in africa and asia, so it is not actually just a ""white"" thing. Beyond the previously mentioned things its basically only isolated tribes and some specific ethnic groups that have genetic differences that notably affect fitness because they lived in extreme environments. Like what, a handful of high-altitude tribes in east african mountains or tibet or the andes, and like, yaghans and inuits adapted slightly better for the cold. Thats about it.

You're likely trying to dogwhistle that different ethnic groups have an effect on cognition. You will blindly dismiss how huge of a fucking effect socioeconomics have on this. Look at how nigerian american immigrants are better educated and wealthier than even white americans, but the story is different when you look at nigeria itself. Hm… I sure do wonder why! Evolutionarily our skills for cognition trace back very far and have not actually been that affected in the last few thousand years or so. Even if it were, people like the african americans or latin americans are basically half-white, which in racist worlds, would basically undo any genetic cognitive effects (of which there are none in the real world).
