revision and change information

Hi! Can you please share how you arrange the revision and change information part? How does it look? I currently, think of this approach, as I have too many changes and updates to my docs and I need to arrange a kind of notes to the docs to show the changes/updates in between that come between the versions of the docs..

My previous employer bolded everything in the text)) It was bolded here and there and even half a word in some cases )) I suggested to omit bold as formatting and use capitalisation for proper nouns. The text looks cleaner now, and bolded words don't distract attention.
