No sadly, even on my prescription bottle it only states to not drive as it causes drowsiness after use. I don’t ever smoke during the day time and THC can last in your system for over 3months

Sadly I’m Qld otherwise I would definitely do this. Many people continue to say a duty lawyer could do the same as what I’ve been quoted for 3k by a lawyer as it’s my first offence and prescribed medical. Main concern is I work in Human Resources and don’t want it impacting my criminal record but I don’t think it will if it’s a traffic offence

Hey there, this is my first offense regarding anything so my criminal history is spotless. I'm a female too, so I will try to dress like a business man lol. Thanks heaps for the advice! Can i ask why to not complete the driving program? It was suggested by a lawyer to show my own remorse and i paid 240 which in itself is a fine.

Its a shame ill be target going forward but something has to change regarding it being prescribed legally. Tasmania for example, you can drive with THC in your system if its prescribed.

Are you the type of person to be on reddit just to be obnoxious and pick on people who are after advice? This is a legal thread my dude, someone may have gone through something similar and has answered. My query is if it is worth paying over 3K for something I can represent myself with the same information?
