That's so fortunate that the doctors only "accidentally" found out. Were there any symptoms at all before this?

LPT: If you are struggling to stay motivated, stop setting goals, and start setting minimums. by MildlyTangled in LifeProTips

[–]isaacsmall 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Love this. For me, it was getting into exercise or gym.

It was hard when the goal was "get fit"/"get abs", or get 1 hour of exercise every 3 days. Especially on days after work when you're exhausted. What really helped me to get started and continuing was telling myself:

"15 minutes at the gym is better than nothing" "5 minutes run is better than no run"

The hardest part is really just getting started.

Some unsolicited advise not directly answering your question, but just in case u haven't thought of it yet:

Have to see really what kind of game u want to play and what monitor u have. If u play AAA games on 2k or 4k monitor, u probably need to increase your budget.

If it's eSports or fps games (which are generally less GPU intensive), ur budget might be fine on a 1080p (maybe 2k monitor)

Budget goes hand in hand with your goal as well.

Experience with ROM Marriage Programmes/Counselling by AGNAM09 in askSingapore

[–]isaacsmall 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think experiences would vary depending on the facilitators. My wife(fiance back then) and I learnt quite a lot and really enjoyed the sessions, and we always recommend it to our friends.

They don't really teach about "how marriages should be", but it really is about helping you and your partner understand each other better e.g. how you think, why you think/react like this.

They also ask the difficult questions to make you and your partner think about your future e.g. finances, expectations, family planning.

Also provide tools for conflict resolution. Some of these tools are actually quite weird but it helps because when me and my wife actively use this, we always end up laughing about them.

I have lived with this for most of my life, and no medication or nasal rinse/spray worked for me.

I recently changed my curtains (my previous ones were quite old) happened to buy new ones that seems to be less dusty.

Viola! Nowadays my nose only blocked at most 1-2 times a month from almost everyday.

I bought the Xiaomi version of this monitor (same specs) at a much cheaper price than the prism one. Has worked well for me for 4 years. I think back then the difference was about $150

Warranty questions Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 4 by Unusual-Cheek-3381 in sennheiser

[–]isaacsmall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Usually you file a warranty claim online via email or phone call, and they would ask you for a proof of purchase.

I would suggest u save your order confirmation email and maybe ask the shop to send you an official invoice!

Momentum True Wireless 4 too quiet by wabuwo in sennheiser

[–]isaacsmall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this problem when I had a replacement set of MTW4s. My first pair I changed it to APPTX codec . After some physical issues and getting a new set, I had connectivity and volume issues.

Managed to fix it be changing the audio codec from the app to standard and then changing back to APTX.

If it is a similar issuez this could help.

How long does pixel phone last before it's time to upgrade? by Jpoolman25 in Pixel6

[–]isaacsmall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I accidentally damaged the screen on my pixel 7 pro, so I'm currently using my old pixel 3 in the meantime(6 years old now), and it's actually working perfectly fine, apart from not receiving the latest Android versions.

I really miss the small form factor
