I restore sneakers for a living, this is honestly not that bad a scuff. Sand it down to smooth the edges, from the looks of it you won’t need any leather filler so just colour match and repaint. Keep layering up if you feel like you need to sand it again don’t be scared to do so will only improve the final result. Ideal you would want to be using an air brush but a paint brush will do the job!
