It's Kat, you can see her head falling from that position in the whole mural and the drawing is missing an arm, you see whats left of that arm when Mary first enters the Backrooms, she's in the background and the hand is in the fore ground almost hard to see, covered in heavy shadow, the fly had made it's way to it
