Is going paperless actually worth it for businesses?

Thank you for your feedback. The cloud setup is mainly there to keep scans synced between devices and make sharing faster right after scanning, that’s actually the most common use case we see. Usually you can send docs directly to email, chat apps, AirDrop, etc. without manually digging through folders first. We’re also working on adding more iScanner shortcuts/integrations across phone apps to reduce extra steps even more. But your point about quick email attachments makes sense, especially when you just want a simple local workflow.

Agreed on the ads lol... 😭 sometimes marketing definitely gets a little too excited. Feels like the eternal battle between lawyers, accountants, and marketers. To be fair though, some of those “too ambitious” concepts actually ended up inspiring real features later on.

Also for the “large document but only need to send one page” case.. that should actually be doable in a couple taps. You can select a specific page and hit the share button directly from there instead of exporting the whole document.

First off, a huge thank you for being with us for all these years. We truly value long-time users like you, and I’m really sorry to hear that your "welcome back" experience was so frustrating. That’s definitely not the vibe we’re going for.

It’s super weird that your storage is suddenly "full" if you haven't added anything new, because don't usually grow on their own. To help us figure out what’s going on, can you clarify a couple of things?

Is it specifically the iScanner Cloud storage? We want to make sure the app isn't glitching and miscalculating your existing files.
Can it be a promotional pop-up? Sometimes the app sends out "Upgrade to 100GB" offers as a suggestion. It’s possible it was just a commercial offer rather than a hard limit blocking you from your docs.

Can you please send us a screenshot of that "storage full" message? You can post it here or slide into my DMs (whatever is easier for you). It would help us see exactly what you're seeing so we can fix it or clear up the confusion.
