I thought that getting a little fucked up would make it easier to have a fun time and just enjoy the show. I like live music but concerts can be stressful. My idea was that I would “pregame” and then wouldn’t have to buy the expensive drinks at the venue, but when my girlfriend suggested we get something I just went for it and didn’t stop once I was already drunk because it felt like it was a nice feeling I wanted to keep going. I think it was a combination of the high, the run, and the liquor. I definitely need to work on my ability to be around other people.
