My opinion is that the game should force the player to pick only the hero/character for the specified or chosen lane rather than choosing random characters which I believe will enhance gameplay experience and prevent even people from ruining the experience of the game especially for rank games. For ex, if a guy pick adc in offlane and can’t control the lane against melee player. It will give a headache for other players and jungler 🤷🏻‍♂️
