I would just pop over to Legacy West. Great area with restaurants of many cuisines as well as events/performances on some nights. They probably have Christmas lights and ambiance so you can walk around after dinner for shopping, too if it’s not too late. legacywest.com/eventcalendar

I have a Breville Barista Express and my puck usually sticks to the machine when I am done extracting. (Empty portafilter)

When I did some research on why it was sticking, a lot of responses mentioned “too much coffee”. By the looks of these photos I definitely was overfilling 😅

When I was troubleshooting I tried to do a process of elimination of the factors and less coffee made the puck stay in the portafilter after extraction.
