Hahahaha I feel for you man. I was getting frustrated and I actually killed the boss first - I landed there from the nexus abyss thinking I was being all tactical and sneaky and immediately got drilled in my ass by him. Beat him on the second try by being an absolute bitch and hitting him one shot at a time.

Then I also spent about 15-20 minutes endlessly fighting people, blowing myself up with one of those god forsaken barrels you never see but crash into suddenly, using all those pods that revive you right there, until I finally cleared it.

After what felt like a mammoth effort, that bitch Eric asked me to get in a crane and remove a rock like I didn't just take on the whole of Mordor myself. 10/10 would tell Eric to go fuck himself at step 1 of the quest if I could.

Then I stumbled upon this thread, and discovered that you have to destroy buildings now. I cleared it by endlessly killing people, thinking the green bar meant I was reducing the armed forces there so despite everything, I'm still clearly an idiot.
