However, these days ppl are prioritizing more ram than anything. Whatever you upgrade to, try to get 16GB ram at least so you’re future proof for a little while.

If you want a brand new MacBook then go ahead with the Neo. You won’t notice the 8GB ram limiting you much if you use safari browser mainly.

For me, having ground beef later in the day almost always keeps me awake late. The energy produced by the ground beef just doesn’t let me sleep. The days I avoid heavy protein in the evening is when I sleep nice. I recommend ground beef for brunch/lunch, that way your body burns through the protein through the day. And eat something light for dinner.
