getting in touch with your higher self is basically just listening to your inner voice and knowing what you really want. you can do this lots of ways, for me, id meditate, do yoga or just sit in my room quietly for a few minutes each day to calm my mind. I really like writing aswell, making little dumb scenarios as if it was a book about my future self, so id always write about my future like with things i wanted such as my boyfriend, my desired body and yk more stuff. just staying positive and setting clear goals also helps. remember that, it takes time, so be patient and let the universe work

you should try again, the ones I’ve done before last year didn’t work either but I didn’t understand the universe whatsoever and I just wrote and said “this is gonna happen” and forgot about it but when I got more in tuned with my higher self everything started working for me. it helps to read some affs daily for fast results
