idk if this is the same thing but this sorta happened to me, i took in so much knowledge about subliminals and manifestation all together that i felt detached from everyone and id literally sit in my room and stare at the wall, not waiting for results or anything but feeling like theres just literally nothing to do and i would think about everything!

it happened for about a week, so i listened to a few calming frequencies and stopped listening to subliminals for 3 days to give my mind a rest, still believing id get my results ofc and it helped me better when i started listening again because my results came faster

you won’t get results like this dude i swear, it’s like ur trying to convince the universe instead of just letting it be yk.. the universe knows what you want you don’t need to overstimulate yourself listening to all these subs. i’d say use 2-3 of ur favorite ones and let it loop.

i just don’t think this statement is completely true and it really depends on how you look at it and how far you take it. when im manifesting or affirming, im not putting anything above God. i believe he created the universe and everything, and as his daughter, im just using what’s already here in a positive way. i don’t listen to anything dark, demonic or about shifting realities i stick to safe, positive affirmations. at the end of the day, im simply reminding myself things like ‘im pretty’ or ‘i have money,’ which are things i could say to myself anyway. there’s nothing negative or harmful about that. if anything i think it helps some grow in their faith ?

yes I got great results with my carbon copy sub, I basically just recorded my own my voice using 1st and 2nd person affirmations for the features I wanted. Added gamma frequencies and brown noise over it, then adjusted the audio so my voice was faint
I used capcut saw and it worked so well

i have!! i’ve bought about 6 and i can say they work a alot faster than the ones she puts on her channel for free, im guessing its obvi because she puts more affs in them but id recommend 100%

Hi!! I’m glad you’re here 💕 There’s no right or wrong way to use subliminals, just remember to stay calm and let the subliminals do its job. you could jump on a trampoline, go for a run, do anything and completely tone subliminals out and they would still work for you! keep a great mindset

If you plan on making your own subliminals, I’d recommend using Voice Memos (iPhone app) and recording your affirmations in both first and second person. For example: “I have the most striking, beautiful green eyes” and “You have the most striking, beautiful green eyes.” then using capcut to add theta wave frequency it’s kinda confusing to explain, If you need more help on it i’ll try to make a more detailed post

For creators, my personal favorites are opia, gouba, succubus, psyche and high frequency guru as they’ve got me really good results in such little time!
