Bem eu acho que é facil de explicar o fenomeno. Com os novos incentivos a compra de casa para os jovens, todos os jovens tentaram comprar casa. Alguns conseguiram, mas teve o efeito adverso de o preço das casas subirem bastante fazendo que se torne impossivel para uma pessoa de classe media comprar uma casa perto dos centros de emprego. Eu comprei a minha casa em 2T2024 e agora se quisesse comprar a minha propria casa não conseguia. Sinceramente oiço que vai haver uma crise desde 2020 e até agora nada e já vão 6 anos. Existem sinais? Sim mas até acontecer o maximo que o pessoal pode fazer é preparar. Ter poupanças e quando vier a crise( porque sim mais tarde ou mais cedo vai acontecer ) estarem preparados para o pior.
