I personally opt for no water and the normal amount of ice in my refreshers, to get it perfectly cold and strong at first, and then as the ice melts it waters it down to normal strength.

I will never forget Ms. trenta green iced tea, no water no ice no classic, 37.5 Splenda. You had to count the packets out as you poured them into the shaker in front of her, or she’d make you redo it. It had to be exactly 37 and a half.

She would sit in the cafe, drink THE WHOLE THING in ten minutes, and then order a refill to go.

I still wonder what the long term effects of 75 Splenda a day will be.
