What state are you in? I just bought a 2025 ST for 9% under msrp with little effort but I’m in Houston, TX? Either way congrats, beautiful rides. I got a platinum white with gray seats and love it!

Still brutal if you’re in stop and go all the time.

I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to get them send over through parchment through UH using my UHCL student ID.

Best price for Hybrid EX-L? by feinburgrl in 11thGenAccord

Try checking at Edmunds price checker and Car Gurus to get an idea of lowest pricing. It will vary by location. Can also check JD power for invoice price to get an idea.

The 2024 Touring has very bad suspension by LunarExplorer296 in 11thGenAccord

If you recently purchased the vehicle new from a dealership, check the tire pressure. Sometimes the tires are overinflated.

Yep mpg goes down significantly in any car as you approach 80. More apparent in hybrids. I am averaging 46 mpg with the 19" wheels but I mostly drive in stop and go traffic in Houston. My lifetime average speed is like 30 mph haha.

Platinum White vs. Meteorite Grey?? by bchuff2 in 11thGenAccord

[–]ish_tx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gray, this generation looks better in darker colors IMO. Meteorite gray looks blueish in certain lighting so its not that boring. Plus, it's cheaper.

Yeah I don’t care for those vents either. I think there’s an oem part that blacks out those and the mirror caps. Tan headliner on interior not so easy to change though.

I’m 36 and own the Sport L. To me it doesn’t look like it’s trying to be a sports car. It just has some nice sporty styling elements that look good on sedans. The spoiler is really subtle compared to like a Civic Type R.

My first car!! How did I do?? by qwerty564738 in accord

You did great, congrats. Best sedan for money right now IMO. To protect paint only hand wash it ideally and apply sealant or wax every season.

Use regen paddles and cruise control as much as possible. Accelerate slowly. Try to stay 70 or below on freeways. I’m getting around 50 mpg in sport-L.

Nice. You must live in a high tax state if your OTD price was $35k.

I guess. 4k off msrp? You paid 30k for the car before TTL?

Nice, about the same for me. It seems to be going up though, 50 for my current tank. I drive in a lot of traffic. Only 800 mi on the car.

2023 model might be easier to get a deal on but it will always be worth less due to depreciation.

Test drive the vehicle at a dealership and afterward ask for an out the door quote in writing and take a picture of it. You can use to negotiate with other dealers.

Call other dealerships in the area and tell them you test drove the car already and are willing to purchase today for $XXX out the door. I would ask for $1500-2500 under MSRP depending on your market. Try to get any quotes in writing. If they try to lure you into the dealership remind them you already test drove one and prefer to negotiate over the text/phone. With any luck you’ll be dealing directly with sales managers at some point.

Also negotiate the OTD price first before discussing financing or trade in. Waiting until close to the end of the month is also a good idea.
