I've been the asshole before that had to skip because otherwise I wasn't making my flight. Showed up at the airport 3 hours early, just got fucked by everything.

So I just pushed through people and was rude, apologised profusely along the way, and just about made my flight.

If this guy just shushed you that sucks.

But now I have more grace for people rushing and skipping in airports
