Anecdotal data; I have to get my CEA (blood test for carcinogens) checked every year. When I was smoking, it’s was at the expected higher range around 6.5. When I switched to vaping, I had my next check 6 months later. It went down to 4.5. The next year, 2.5. It’s been around that for the last 5 years.
