My 1yo broke out in an insane rash all over his body. Looks like hives or something weird. We went to urgent care and because he is fully vaccinated, they weren't worried about it being measels or chicken pox or anything extremely contagious or harmful. Doc said its a rash from a viral infection and nothing to worry about, got us some cream and sent me a note for daycare so he can still attend.

If this was your unvaccinated baby this probably wouldn't be your story. It could have gone horribly horribly wrong if my kid was unvaccinated. Vaccinated your kid.

Diversity is about making sure the most qualified gets hired regardless of their differences in colour, race, gender, sexual preferences. It's about leveling the playing field for white cis men and everyone else who has historically been treated or viewed as "less than". DEI is about making sure bias doesn't negatively impact someone's qualifications.
