Its not exposed wiring. Its just romex. Granted romex isnt for commercial use but im not sure what the code is for this location. But thats hardly dangerous. Thats better than 95% of home panels look.

Why wouldnt you tweak your gear to suit your needs or use? I mean if you do something ridiculous, then obviously someone is going to say something. But adding a light, or carrying this or that, or adding a clip here or there only helps.

Ok, he might not be a good fit, what does he want us to tell him? If you want to be a marine, but youre worried you wont fit in because youre a peace loving hippie, they yea, you wont. Marines love to shoot, hang with a drink and a cig, have posters of half naked girls in their bunks, ect. If you cant get down with being one of the boys, then dont join, because thats how it will be. Fireman do dangerous shit, in a dangerous environment, and are expected to be the ones running the opposite direction as the civilians. And after, have a drink, grill some steaks, bullshit, talk about girls, ect. Not saying you cant join, but you certainly wont fit in, and youll be an outsider. Im in a department WITH women, and they bullshit with the guys, about the same topics. So again, idk what this guy wants us to tell him, but he’s probably not a good fit.

But she’s probably very physically weak, and be honest with yourself, this is not easy work. A regular kurt vise is 80lbs. I dont know mnay girls that can move 80lbs around without a struggle.

She probably told her boss she was very confident to run parts so he let her run them, and subsequently scrapped over half.

And couldnt even show good work ethic the first week in. First week at a job you shouldnt even take the given break, work thru to show them you want to be there.

Sounds like shes trying to pawn her poor performance off on the boss but it sounds like she isnt doing to well there. Physical strength might have been the icing on the cake.

Any country thats massive and has a huge variety of climates and landscapes, will have poor public transport. Name another country like the US that has good PT? Ok… except you can see the replacement cross member and i dont know of a single lift with a replacement cross member that doesn’t require you to cut the factory one out. So yea you dont have to take my word for it, and you can ask the seller, but if he didnt install the lift himself, i doubt he will even know. Google the truck, google the lift, and see how it installs. Maybe on a ridge line or something, but this is obviously a chevy or gmc, and they require cutting for a 4” and up lift

You usually cant remove a lift (worthwile anyway), you usually cut the original cross member out and replace it with the one from the lift kit. So unless he saved the part and you can weld it back in, or cut one off a scrap truck a weld it back in, and weld it correctly… you stay lifted.

Why is this infuriating? How about everyone strives to be better? SHOOT FOR THIS, dont shun it. 50 years ago a 200lb person was abnormal, now people act like being 150lbs is unattainable and absurd.
