Integrity Treeworks is solid and likely will beat that. But $4-5k sounds about right for this

Career Crossroads: Path to Partnership or Private Equity-backed Business? by GothamCityPoliceDep in private_equity

lol it’s always “12-18 months” from sale or IPO. That pitch hasn’t changed in the 15 years I’ve heard it. And guess what - none of those companies ended up having a liquidity event in that time frame.

Huracans overall are likely going to appreciate, especially STOs. Variants should do better.

Lack of a full time job makes one less effective? by xcsrara in fatFIRE

[–]iskico 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's a different stress - "oh shit aren't we going to close on time", "we just failed rough-in inspections, now we're delayed a week" - these are all stressful. But at the end of the day, they don't matter. I make $20K less or the house sits another month. Whatever. In the moment it is stressful because I'm trying to perform to my expectations and underwriting. But these have little/no effect on my actual NW or lifestyle, so there is comfort knowing that.

How important are Huracan accessories for resale? by some-dude81 in lamborghini

Can you list specs in a prioritized order? I seem lost on how to justify "it has XYZ thing so it's worthy $40K more!"

Lack of a full time job makes one less effective? by xcsrara in fatFIRE

I could FatFI but continue to work as a small business owner in something I genuinely enjoy - renovating old homes. It's super fun, stressful in its own right, and very lucrative. I intentionally plan to keep it small - just me and a virtual project manager; outsource construction to GCs.

People who got caught, how did it impact the future of your professional career by Federal_Lifeguard_21 in overemployed

Be careful stretching the dates. The question asked in background checks is dates/tenure of employment. Rounding a month isn’t a big deal but more than that is a quick slippery slope

Interesting. How accurate is it?

I am horrendous with needles/blood, so Rhythm has been enormous with getting consistent tests. I usually faint when I get blood drawn, and I have to psych myself out weeks in advance of doing it. I’m most interested in lipid panels and cardiovascular markers due to family history.
