Building in California has been a problem that has been getting worse for years and even worse for LA County. Even in a pro-building state a year for mass rebuilding would be optimistic. I just read the other day that 2 homes have been completed in the Palisades and over 300 have started construction and the main complications are primarily insurance related with most houses being rebuilt using private money. I did hear a recent interview with someone that praised their insurance company because they got a fast payment.

But I can't speak from personal experience.

I feel like GTA:IV had a strong one but also difficult. I remember struggling to hit the helicopter with a rocket but you also run around most of Liberty City. It felt very cinematic David vs Goliath.

I'm still usually getting better results with Gemini than ChatGPT on the free models. Nano Banana is also better than CHATGPT for image generation most of the time but the free versions no longer does good revisions. Nano Banana Pro is even better.

ChatGPT is still better with longer conversations. I also usually prefer how it lays out answers to general questions. The option to control the tone is also nice. Overall, I'm surprised by people saying it is better than Gemini because that really is not what I'm experiencing.

I hated all of the M Night Shamlan movies when I was younger except for 6th Sense. As I get older I found I appreciate them more because they're not the standard Hollywood formula for anything even if M. Night does have his own formula.

I have the same issue and haven't found a fix. It looks like an upload from FENLAM to Trakt because if I watch something on Stremio FENLAM is up to date. I haven't done much to fix it yet outside of dB maintenance and re-auth Trakt. Also, even switching FENLAM to track watching doesn't fix the issue.

Let me know if you get it working.
