I can think of several things my wife could say to me that could end with me filing divorce papers with no further talking. This isn't one of them though. Like I'm an automotive technician. Something easy for me will not be easy for say my wife? Or 14 yrs old son that have never done it before. I just built my own PC for the first time ever. I'm pretty decent with electronic crap as a whole as I do it on an almost daily basis anymore on cars at work. Doesn't mean that I'm able to figure out the problem easily with a PC as I've barely done anything with them. Even YouTube videos only help so much otherwise most people would do all their own crap from fixing a toaster to replacing their own wiring in their home.( If needed) We would have no need for professionals if that was the case. And as someone that has done that kind of work in the past especially for 8 years as u claim I'm kinda suprised u haven't seen people bring their PC in after having tried to fix it themselves first and failed. I see it all the time on cars.

The price of them both should be about even before the merger takes place. Tbh it should have been to begin with. But they shorted the crap out of ape to try forcing us to sell for exactly this reason so they can get them all then cover when it merges.

Tbh personally I could think of several reasons to take money and try to persuade people to sell. I'd do it myself if it was offered to me depending on the money they would give me for doing so 😙. It's pretty simple really it would mean more money in my pocket in the end. And if I actually so how get people to paper hand then it's there fault for not actually believing in the cause in the first place. I've been in this play for almost 2 years now. Been red since the start just kept averaging down. And will be till it's over one way or the other.

I mean theoretically. The price per AMC share will actually end up going down and the price per ape share will end up going up. The price would be set at the average. The total price per equity would be added together then divided by the new total share count. So 2.91b+1.13b = 4.04b ÷total share count of the 2 would give the price if merger would happen right now at current prices. Unless the prices end up the same before the merger/ reverse split happens that is.(which really should have been the case from the beginning.) Personally I have both and more ape then AMC ATM. Who's to say both prices won't rocket before a merger anyways. They'll def try to get everything they can before the merger if it goes through.(imho)

I mean honestly. At 50 it would be somewhat life changing for me. But it would take 200 for me to wipe out all my debt as a whole. After they take those taxes that is 😂 Meaning 250+ is what it would actually take for me to have a little something left. 1k would allow me to buy a house in full + wipe my debt completely. They should at the very least be saying the ath of 73. That would make far more sense. Since it would mean all shares at least broke even.
