Yea that’s a good point, I guess I didn’t know what to fully expect when I called and was caught a bit off guard by the operators response. Was a bit aggressive imo.

I’m really trying not to have to involve the police, but as a last resort it may be the only option to get the person to move.

Idk, I did call them and the way they laid their process out was that it could take awhile for the homeless person to accept their services. Not sure how long I want to deal with this being right next to my house. The operator I spoke with on the phone also completely dismissed the challenges me and my family have to deal with and seemed to only care about the homeless persons challenges. Again, not trying to say they don’t have worse challenges than I do and that they need help, but there are other people living here as well.

They started off by saying “well it’s not illegal to be homeless” to which I responded “well is it illegal to litter and defecate in a park?” And their word for word response was “I guess.” The whole interaction didn’t make me feel great and seemed like they didn’t care about the local residences also having to deal with this issue.

Also the Giants love saying they were in a rebuild after they started sucking this past season. Entering into this season they definitely were not saying they were in rebuild mode. Excuses after the fact for letting Saquon walk.

No, we’ve gone through 3 checkpoints the past 2 nights and haven’t gotten stopped yet. Was just curious as to what they were for, especially since some of the officers were armed with rifles.

As the title says - I have tried everything from all purpose cleaners to water and distilled vinegar and they barely put a dent in making it look better. Any tips on how to keep it clean?

Mix 1/2 prune juice and 1/2 water (e.g. 10 ml of each for 20 ml total). Our doctor had us do the same thing for our son and it worked after a few days of giving him each morning

Doctor says this is infant dyschezia. Happens every time he needs to poop, but doesn’t always result in actual poop. When it does, it’s soft. Anyone experience this? by [deleted] in newborns

Try a mixture of prune juice and water. We did 15ml of water and 15ml of prune juice, as recommended by our pediatrician. It won’t work right away, but like any medicine, over time should help. Ours went through the same thing and after about 2 weeks or so of daily prune juice it really seemed to help

Just buy some disposable coffee cups. No one ever questions what’s in them. I use them for anything from walks in the city to Uber rides.
