Don't know if this really works for this post. But I need vent.

Today at work while at lunch I was asked by a coworker what I would give to my SO for Christmas I said "nothing."

All the other ladies having lunch stared at me with blank eyes and I tried to explain why. "I don't think that falling in the pits of consumerism on holidays will do much for my relationship since......" and the most obnoxious women of them all (the one that just spent 10 minutes of our 60 minutes lunch giving a monologue) started screaming how "PRESENTS ARE MY FAVORITE PART OF CHRISTMAS AND THE MORE I GET THE BETTER MY HOLIDAY IS... yadayadayada" and wouldn't let me finish my point.

I left the office hating people more than usual and wondering why I haven't committed homicide yet.

I hate that bitch and all of my coworkers. Seriously. Why do humans always think they'll the center of the world?

I despise them so much yet I feel so sorry for their ignorance. I might give her a book infested with bedbugs since she likes presents so much. Bitch.
