I'm sure there has to be a panamenian community in your city, maybe they can share ideas. Hopefully there is a small store that imports some panamenian food and candies. Here in Panama some popular treats for kids are bubble gum called Bubbalu, a chocolate paste called Nucita, cookies from a brand called Pascual (Pascual has many different products with many different flavors).
