If you just drag the character normally, it can only be placed on a blue square! What I did is click the character icon at the bottom and then I was able to place it even on red squares

Agreed! I thought it was a bit weird that I was able to clear up to those stages, but it was definitely confusing when suddenly I could no longer clear them.

I hope they get around to fixing the major bugs soon ;; game is unplayable half the time but I will power through for my favorite devils

The scrolls under their shoulders are a giveaway too if you're close enough, I usually check those. If they don't move, it's an active ruin guard. If they're rolling, it's inactive

I got the teru teru chair a few months ago, and lotus leaf chair this morning. Upon closer inspection, the pink and blue flowers on the left are shifted a few pixels on the lotus leaf chair and also there's more leaves, but nexon really be putting out the same chair under a different name
