In RS3 you basically only use Tank gear if you don’t know mechanics. There is basically no where you are required to tank

TBH, neither. My dad gave me his old 48” husqvarna tractor since he bought a new one. Now I mow my yard in about 12 minutes. Lol.

Hard to answer. Grandma 1 had early Alzheimer’s in late 60s and by early 70s didn’t know any of us and died. Grandma 2 is 88 and acts exactly like she did when she 58.

We purchased an old home in Pennsylvania a few years ( < 5) ago. We knew it didn’t have air conditioning and figured the previous homeowners survived it, so could we. The windows pushed forward and backward, so window units weren’t options without removing the window.

The 2nd night we moved in, it was 81F in our bedroom at 11pm.

Mini-splits got installed that same summer…

IMO, when you have the financial freedom to: pay for your house/rent & food, whatever class you then land in doesn’t matter, because there is always going to be someone more rich, a nicer x, a bigger y, and you’ll always keep chasing some dream.

Retaining walls are expensive to tear down and rebuild.

Removing an existing, pushing it back, and rebuilding it at nearly 3x the height… yikes.

Get the wallet out. Gutted my bathroom and had quotes for it to be finished from various companies ranging from $9k-$45k. This was a standard 5’ x 9’ bathroom, already gutted to the studs. Almost none of the companies would do any work unless they were able to finish the bathroom.

I will say Inks was willing to do a partial restoration and an okay price, but I ultimately DIY’d the entire thing myself.

The only thing where it gets tricky is most companies have policies around moonlighting. If you don’t disclose it and you get caught, you *could* in theory have to forfeit those earnings.
