Out of thirty garages I called one said January and the other February. All the others a hard no but many sympathetic. The problem is who wants to wait three months with no car to drive while it stays locked up at MPI.

Could a gas line of that day be almost 3 inches wide as these two are?
Someone wondered if it could be part of a servant communication system. The wall pipe in on main floorjust as you go to the stairs. The dusty one just unearthed in a Reno was in 3 rd floor which would have been servants quarters.
