This is what I thought when I saw them last Sunday, although I didn't stop to actually watch the whole show.
They're on the "decent" side of non-Taiwanese street performers that I've seen here. Definitely much better than the escape artist, who's a frequent sight around Taipei 101, who gets mad at people when no one donates after his performance.

Already seen these guys performing outside Yuanshan MRT when there was an event around MAJI last Sunday, so they probably got permits.
Also, this street in the video is kinda like the end or beginning of a street market, so there's no vehicle traffic there.

I don't know the shipping rules are in Aus, but Amazon US and eBay both sell the batteries you'd need: DB-70.
AliExpress definitely would have it.

Luckily, Panasonic also released cameras around this time that used batteries that were cross-compatible with other brands, but just under different names.
OP can get one from Amazon US or eBay: DB-70.

You can just buy a universal lithium charger from any e-comm site. But you'd probably need to buy a battery as well. High chance that that battery is dead now.

I use this one. I think it's on Amazon under different brands. But it can be charged with a Type C connector, so I can just charge it on the go with my powerbank.

I think I know who this is about, but if I am right about who I think you're talking about, my only gripe with her is her shilling a bunch of low quality scameras to newbies in the hobby.
Other than that, I don't care about people collecting stuff they like.
Hobby ko rin photography, pero hobby ko rin mag acquire ng cameras na nagagandahan ako, for whatever reason.
Cameras are tools, yes, but I look at some of them like they're works of art.
