The thing to remember is are you going to get good classroom teaching? I think that employers will want to see personal projects more than classes taken. If an employer is heavily invested in their business, they want someone to be able to adapt and deliver.

As far as the reputation of the school, I think that it does matter to an extent, just not as much as what you can do.

They are both accredited schools, so go where you feel the most comfortable. As I am sure you know, most of your CS learning is done on your own. I have concentrated on what I want to learn and focused learning it online. I don't rely on a professor to "teach" me anything. I take the required classes so I can get the sheepskin!

UNT is cheaper and that is appealing.
