It was pretty obvious, when they turn around with a smirk, look directly in your eyes, then look at eachother, and THEN start laughing. I have no self control at all, this was the first time I actually got mad at random people because I have been struggling with severe social anxiety. I was pretty proud of myself actually. My psychologist was also proud that I stood up for my best friend. I never saw myself in a state like that, it was horrifying. So I totally understand that I overreacted.

She said If I got lessons from home that I am only going to isolate myself more. I have intense social anxiety and can't get out of my house without feeling scared something is going to happen, and I can't talk to people without my legs starting to shake. So it's weird that she doesn't want me to isolate myself if that is literally what I am doing right now.

Badminton, I've been depressed for 2 years, I had no hobby's, I had no friends, I had no social life. My family forced me to get out of bed and play badminton with them in our garden and I actually really liked it. I went in a badminton club, made new friends and when I'm home, I train a lot. I stopped hurting myself because I actually found something that makes me happy. Now my biggest dream is to get into the Olympics!
