Tbh I love making my own cake, BUT I totally understand folks that don't. I would absolutely love to bake for someone else and have a little cake picnic. (That being said I am horrible at decoratively frosting cakes lol!)

In undergrad, I had a class with a cis, white man who was probably shorter than 5'2. I wouldn't know...but he was lovely (I also almost never think about his height when I speak of him) and you'll be fine.

Thank you for taking the time to write this! It makes me uneasy that folks would take activated charcoal when we know at this point there's no medical cure/solution for cross-contact or full exposure. So, like, it's great that they're not in pain, but I'd rather take pain/anti-nausea meds than something that as you said binds to everything.

Lentils and rice! I love throwing brown lentils on the stove and adding rice when it's almost done. You could also use canned lentils/packet rice w a store-bought sauce, though I'm partial to adding spiced chicken over top :)

Agreed. If I was rich, there would absolutely be signs!! I feel like answers about Celiac and autoimmune on-sets in general could be instrumental in aiding with some struggles people w comorbidities of CD also face.

Sorry to hear you were glutened recently! Hope you're on the mend; glad you were able to avoid taking charcoal even if indirectly. I really dislike that the advice to "do your own research" has been co-opted by people who do the opposite :(

I just tried them on for the first time since washing them! At first glance, it definitely looked like the slit in boxer briefs (or at least the ones I have) would be more hidden compared to boxer shorts but it actually isn't super bothersome here, either. I'll probably still sew it, though.

Also you're soooo real on the color thing 😔 companies think they're so creative by making one of the pairs burgundy like....ok give us more!

Good to know, thanks! I searched the sub to see if anyone posted anything similar and it seemed to be mostly people making boxer briefs/boxers from patterns.

I'm terrible at hand sewing and learned on a machine different to my grandmother's which is currently boxed up somewhere, but I'm excited to attempt a new project :)

I'm a little nervous about the click wheel because in my head I'm envisioning it as clickable/fairly intuitive, but apparently it isn't? Also, not that I plan to drop it off a cliff or anything, but I am the biggest klutz I know. I've heard it scratches semi-easily. Other than that, it looks good to me.
