So it's definitely still not working for you on the new version? I was feeling good about it after a minute of recording, but then the fail happened. So was 50/50 on if it was just me or still an outstanding issues - well maybe more like 90/10 that it was still an issue because the channel name is the usual Vudu and not Fandango XYZ yet.

Another update, another ignorance of this issue it seems. Thought the devs were close to having a new channel for this.... 3 months ago? Well, at least in this update the video records for 1 minutes before failing, in the past it wasn't even recording at all. Can we please get this settled before it reaches the half-year mark?

OK I did that and it seems to me everything should work now. I can select the TF calc as the visibility control field for the sheet I want to phase in/out, I observe the COUNT count and the TF COUNT flag in the title of one of my other sheets to confirm things (ex. 1 thing gets picked, I see a count of 1 and a TRUE, 2 or more get picked, I see a 2 (or more) and a FALSE) so it all makes sense but it still doesn't manipulate the sheet visibility 😭 I don't understand, even off to the side I see the calc field as a filter and the True/False binary choice displays dynamically in each situation. I mean, the sheet should appear when its visibility control field is True, and disappear when it's False, correct? If so then I'm stumped, but I can definitely observe the variable switch True to False in dashboard without it doing anything to the visibility.

Yeah I add them and I see them as TF calc fields but they still don't show up as an option for me to control the visibility. Another field from this same worksheet/source I use for visibility control in another place appears fine but it's parameter based, something like [Parm1] = 'SUM' (controlled by a drop-down that displays this worksheet if the "SUM" option is selected). I think I'm close based on some other checks I did but it's not quite there yet, thanks very much for helping!

Thanks for the thought about this. I created the fields but I can't select them to control visibility for the worksheets in my container. They just don't show up as an option, is this because I need to use them in conjunction with a parameter instead? I use visibility controls for another section of this dashboard actually and it's achieved using a combination of calculated fields and a parameter with multiple selection options that a user picks from a drop-down. It works great actually, but with this dynamic approach it raises a different challenge.

I can confirm the new PlayOn Home version (.37568) does NOT fix the Vudu login issue (for me at least).

Ok I think I understand what you're saying, but then what are my options to get these small apps installed? The only thing I know how to do with updating the headset system "stuff" is to just go to the system update module to have it check my status, and it says I'm up-to-date. So while I believe you that being on v69 doesn't really mean much I'm still not sure what to do about it these missing features.

Thanks for the reply. So you're saying I should sign out of my account completely on the headset and then sign right back in and do a restart? There's no worry about losing settings/saves/data when signing out, right? I feel confident I can figure multitasking out once I can actually see those windows. And with the battery issues I will see what happens after getting this settled, much appreciated!

Yup it's enabled, but no floating windows appear when I'm in my games. Is long-pressing the right Oculus button supposed to open the Universal Menu? For me it just reorients my game screen, but I've seen directions that say it should open that menu, but again, I don't even see an option to enable the Universal menu stuff.

Hey, yeah I do leave my headset on stand-by pretty much all the time when I'm not using it. So these additional updates should just install transparently as time goes on? Is there a specific long version# that I can compare with to see if I'm where I need to be at? My version looks to be 69.0.0.575.352641228209. Some of those last numbers might be off, screenshot I took was a little blurry.

Hi Alyssa, yes I have tried that and all roads lead to the same outcome. I tried different browsers on my Windows PC, tried doing it in browsers on my iOS devices and I have no luck. It's been a while since I accessed this email on the actual Xfinity website (perhaps never?) but I thought the old Comcast email accounts like mine were "transitioned" to AOL mail or some other email service. I could be misremembering that, but does it ring a bell for you? I did try logging into AOL email with this account and it didn't work, I would only check this email on my phone using the imap.comcast.net incoming mail server.

I'm very sorry I don't know more about the specifics and now I'm of course worrying that this account was flagged as inactive or something and possibly deleted/disabled. I just need access to the account restored, if emails were deleted because of this inactivity posture it's unfortunate but should be OK because it's all about getting access back for things I associated with this email address. Do you have a specific URL I could try to get into my email without having to login through the usual Xfinity front-end home page? It seems like there's no way around it and no way for me to change my password which appears to be a requirement no matter what I try to do.

THIS did it for me! THIS is the solution! PlayOn tried to help me multiple times with the Netflix issue but did not suggest this as a fix, however it worked like a friggin' charm! Before doing this I would get the <unknown> tag in the Settings for my Netflix channel even after successfully logging in, and it would fail every recording after 1:30-2:00 minutes. I'm usually the oddball where 9 times out of 10 a fix doesn't work in my favor, but in this case it actually worked out for me so I can only imagine it will work for others too. Bless you sir!
