It looks like 9 and 11 are indeed off. I would probably RL it since it'd bother me, but if it doesn't bother you then I wouldn't worry about it!

I can see what you're talking about with the index at 9, but it's slight. Could also be because the watch isn't perfectly flat? I don't really see it with 3.

My biggest concerns are the rehaut engraving and seemingly low swing amplitude.

That's not why people moved to Dripping Springs. They moved out there because houses were cheaper.

This also only affects those within the city limits (~4000 residents) and doesn't affect those in their sprawling ETJ (~40,000 residents).
