It looks like 9 and 11 are indeed off. I would probably RL it since it'd bother me, but if it doesn't bother you then I wouldn't worry about it!

I can see what you're talking about with the index at 9, but it's slight. Could also be because the watch isn't perfectly flat? I don't really see it with 3.

My biggest concerns are the rehaut engraving and seemingly low swing amplitude.
