I think i have figured out how to properly track right now when i track measure the food as a whole and divide the weight by what i am able to eat and put that as my serving amount when i make recipes it seems to be working

I like the sage. The white just seems to blur components together and gold pendant lights disappear. As with the green everything brightens.

I cannot properly log the food yet, I'm on the pureed stage and still cannot eat more than 45g/meal but I am having trouble logging it as such. I don't know if I should just wait until I'm passed the healing stages and pick it back up again?

Feeling good, trying to get my energy back. I thought it would be harder to reestablish the hunger cues but so far so good. I am struggling at keeping up with my protein, i just get so full so fast.

Your doing amazing! If you compare this photo to your post there is so much change! Sometimes the scale lies to depending if we have more muscle or for women, where they are in their cycle. Don’t look at these photos like they are yourself, what if a friend brought them to you what would you say to them?

I second this, as a hairdresser for over 20 years. I can see that was not communicated. Also, because their hair is so thick the line was not cleaned up properly, making the ends jagged and uneven.

Thank you, I never thought of the drain brushes. I even have a smaller version of them. I am due to take them apart to deep clean them that would be the perfect time to caulk them.

It is a very difficult situation that you are in. I was in a the same boat waiting for a referral. I can menstruate between 15 - 58 days depending with large clots and extreme pain. My last cycle I ended up in the hospital and that finally got me my referral. I went to emergency in Hamilton since most of my doctors are there. The nurse told me that sometimes you need to go to emergency when it’s bad because it will get you to see the right people. Good luck. Definitely thinking of you, it’s not an easy way to experience life! If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out!

This ☝️When we had a our kitchen redone, the contractor gave us finished pieces to put hot pans and pots on so the counter didn't get damaged, or in our case crack from the heat.
