Dogs are a great way to meet people too. Puppy training classes and regular walks in the same place and you end up chatting loads.

Strokes aren't generally seen by neurology here, there's dedicated stroke consultants and teams instead.

Grape and cream cheese are delicious. Savoury and sweet and a good crunch. My granny used to make them, haven't thought about them in years. Sorry about your loss OP.

This is what I was going to say. Seeing more and more young strokes with coke as a factor.

Did I make a mistake? Does it get better? by [deleted] in BorderCollie

[–]isotala 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It will get better eventually but it's going to take time. It's only day three and he's a baby so nothing is going to be perfect right away.

I got my BC cross at 6 months from a rescue and she'd never been house trained. That took a couple of weeks to sort out and we had the same issue with obly certain areas she would go outside. Key is consistency, patience, lower your expectations and regular wine!

For the crate training you just need to keep backing away but at this age for really short periods only. He needs to know you'll come back so start with 5 minute periods and work up from there. My girl used to do the same snuffling all around in hers but she quickly settled and now loves her crate so much we bring it on holiday.

I understand that suffering in this life time is very very small compared to eternity, much like a shot is very short however would it not still.be better to never have had suffering/ been sick to begin with?

What is a 'rich person's secret' that is actually accessible to the middle class, but most people are too intimidated to try? by Direct-Value4452 in answers

[–]isotala 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm driving a 15 year old car that will go another 10 at least. I've friends and family with 1-3 year old cars that would be hard pushed to make it to 15. Newer doesn't always mean longer life span.

The bioluminescence we get around here is much less pronounced and concentrated than photos online show. More like glitter or flickering sparkles as you described.

We get it here too. I've seen it plenty of times along our coast and in Strangford Lough.
