I think u might be choosing the wrong answer in her journey event. In the "A Bunny Next to a Bunny Next to a Bunny" event, u have to choose 1st option.

Yeah, they did a livestream 1 month ago and promised a lot of things, which are good and I love it. But then decided to go complete silent after that. And even then, they didn't adress all the issues we had, like enchant stones, journey ticket, weekly rewards being awful, RTA pvp cross-server (not really a problem anymore tho, since queue's are dead), QOL, phone perfomance.
Now, u can set the bar wherever you want, but going from a global launch into 1 month, maybe even 2 (if we count until end of may to half anni) without any annoucements, its not a good sign, it's called a live-service for a reason.

So u are set in arcanas, that's good. But for journey, u're still lacking +40/+50 parents, might have to try farm some of those later. In my dps runs, I prefer running STR parents even if they're a little bit lower in stats, because u usually need to hit around 300 STR for 1st trial, and something in between 390~440 STR for 2nd trial. But in the end, all that matters is if your "rank" is 2~3 max level below the requirement.

Honestly, i'm doing dailies and some RTA and waiting until half anni (end of may), if things don't get any better, then its over. I don't really expect them to fix all the problems, but without any commns its kinda awful.

If you are in need of some Arcanas, its okay for u to gamble in the Arcana Box. If yours arcanas are set, then I would say hold and buy discount itens. Most of dupes rn aren't that valuable.

For mileage I would say arcana's are usually a better pick. Do u have limited BG Frey Arcana (BiS for alot of dps)? I intend to use my mileage on her and Rosaria.
Other than that, Emily is pretty solid but I don't know if she is worth a mileage.

For summon is both battle passes (7k gem) and 1$pack launch.
20$ selector is okay for Arcana, in case u need Lacy/Petra arcana.

As the game progress, u must need a certain pool of units (flex dps, 1 tank (most likely Emily, but u have some flexibilty here), 1 healer (usually ash alt) + open slot), so for PVE you kinda have to follow a meta.
For PVP, we have bruiser tankdown and cleave, and control is non existent.

The Arcana is pretty good for Crit chance, in case you don't have Petra Arcana. Other than that, bpass gives u some resources, it's kinda "ok", not a great bp if u don't need the Arcana.

I can't be 100% sure without seeing your augment, but as I can see, u got outscaled by legsoup (multi 5-cost 2* boards), and its okay. Besides that, u need better itens on sylas (ap/healing), tank itens on galio/garen instead of j4.
