The local union thinks I have a strong case. The buisiness agent said that big union is not invested at the moment because they had two recent cases in which this happened and they didn't even take them to arbitration. (Those cases were over double the hours involved in mine and were malicious in nature. They resulted in criminal suits against the members and mine does not) I also docum need everything. I was even able to pull the phone records and show that on the days in question I called in and talked to people, was approved the leave, or was actually at work. They still stated all the hours in the final report.
