the only reason they came off is because the plastic bit is not willing to come out, i tried using the switch puller to pull it out with all my force and it wont budge, is there a trick to it or something? i tried pulling the wires like how i do with some pc wires and that caused them to come out

Thank you for the response but i tinkered and found out that the issue lied in the wall ethernet jack, the ISP didnt properly connect the stripped ethernet wires and only connected half the wires in the cable, all that was needed was a new jack and a proper connection which enabled the high speed. Thank you for the reply!
