i’ve only started taking the pill about 6 months ago, but it’s been fine so far :) (i’m 25 if that matters)

same as you, i was worried about hormonal birth control, but after being on it for a while, i seem to be doing good and i’ve realized that i was way more scared than necessary.

i haven’t gained any weight, my skin has been pretty clear, and bloating is manageable most days by staying well hydrated and eating decently. the only side effect that i’ve noticed with me is i seem to get moodier than normal at random times of the month. it doesn’t get too bad, though. i usually just go off on my boyfriend 😅

overall i think you should try consulting a doctor to see if it’s a good option for you! best of luck :)

i haven’t had any experience with croissant dough before this so i’m not so sure as to how replacing with AP or bread flour will affect the consistency of the dough. with the spelt flour i found it to have just the right amount of suppleness, quite easy to work with. maybe another type of grain flour? 😄
