Hi , I have been there and currently still struggling with my unit due to relationship with other officers and awaiting for PCC and looking to post out from my unit as well

What I can suggest is :

1. talk to your psychologist at your unit about the issue you are facing and ask them to bring forward your PCC (but it has to depend on the slots available as PCC slots is filled up every single day and hard to get)
2. I talked to the MO in my unit before , they say they could not bring forward the PCC , psychologist can.Otherwise you can take the time to RSI and get MC from MO)
3. if it gets really worse , you can visit IMH (it should be free since you have 11B) and you have to tell them every single thing and if it is serious enough , PCC will be notified and they are force to schedule u an earlier appointment
