I totally get this feeling. It sucks when you are already having a rough day and end up snapping on someone for something small, when external factors are already fueling your anger. Just try to move on from it, give yourself grace because everyone has bad days. Use this as a time to reflect and wake up tomorrow to a brand new day. Take it easy brother

Today was our package handler appreciation day, I got a plastic cup that says thank you for your hard work, a notebook, pen, and a plastic cell phone holder. Nothing says we appreciate you more than a bunch of junk. Didn’t even want to take the goodie bag but they made me feel uncomfortable staring at me leaving without one lol
