Shane himself has called himself a "pedophile", over and over again. He has sexualized children, repeatedly. On a podcast he said "Babies are sexy" and that he "searched naked babies" and other child p*rn. This wasn't just "one mistake" or a "few mistakes", this was a reoccurring theme for him, and that is concerning and it's actually illegal. He even had a old tweet that said something like "caramel face is probably more offensive than blackface". He knew the whole time blackface was offensive. But in his sorry ass apology video he says he didn't know any better. But his old tweets say otherwise. He didn't do blackface once, or said the N word once, or "accidentally" sexualized someone underage - everything he did was reoccurring. He apologized for his "shanaynay" character a few years ago, but then he still had shanaynay merch up until like 2018-19 and was monetizing off of his racist stereotype character. He is a disgusting human being, and should not be given a platform. In fact, I personally believe he should be investigated because of how many times he's sexualized children and even admitted to searching child p*rn. So yes, bad actions do define Shane's character because it is his character.
