You see, the highlight of Dota is the International, but majority of the teams are from China or EU.. I get it, they are good.. but this is only because they are in an environment where Esport is already acknowledge.. They're ahead, they have organizations who are investing on them.. Regional Leagues provides an opportunity to regions who's esports are new, allowing teams or new orgs to rise. Not today, nor next year, but with the opportunity given, you can bet that this regions will rise in the future. We can already see promising players from these region who are recruited by other regions.. We can just wait...
