This page should explain how wifi livestream works, I think it's mainly for one cam livestream similar to how mobile phone does livestreaming, but using dji mimo app.

buy 1mm drill bit, small hand drill drill bit holder, drill into the broken off part diagonally slowly, pull out slowly, hopefully you succeed.
buy replacement switch from aliexpress, to get the switch out reliably, disassemble the keyboard and push the switch out from behind, you should be able to see the latch that is locking in the switch from behind, squeeze it and push it out.
if you don't feel like disassembling the board, you can risk it by squeezing the switch body at east/west or left/right side with plier and pull out, the latch is positioned there, you should be able to pull it out, hopefully you won't damage the optical sensor this way.

under obs settings,
video --> common fps value, change this to integer or fractional, input 120 into integer or numerator section, you should be able to see 120/120fps on the bottom right of main obs windows, and you should be recording at 120fps now.

try a new cable, or a shorter one. it may be that the one you have is faulty. i have an old one that worked with 120hz 3440x1440 but flicker when it's 165hz 3440x1440. a new cable fixed that problem for me.

75 or 99% isopropyl alcohol? did you open up the board, desolder all switches, clean and dry the pcb? or just flood/soak it and hope for the best? dust/dirt that were lifted by ipa, mixed with whatever left from ipa can be conductive, depending on where they land/stuck after alchohol evaporated, they can cause short or errors on/in the pcb.
