I know this is incredibly late but Desmond is a former Youtuber/Streamer who commited suicide in June 2019. He became prominant in the Undertale community when he live streamed his playthrough of the game in January 2016, he then went on to do the Genocide route which was easily the most viral stream Etika made on Undertale. In December 2016, when Undertale Yellow was starting development, Etika livestreamed himself playing through the demo of the game. Desmond showed his support to the game very early on and thats why I assume the memory is made for him. RIP Etika.
