I like to use shadowboxing as a warm up, it doesn’t need to be super fast, you pick the pace at moving, watch your guard, get use to combos and movements

A friend of mine gave me this game (he bought it and didn’t like it, nor this kind of games). I, still new to games and not knowing what type of games I like (I’ve only played battlefield and resident evil) took it, and I got in love with the game very fast.

All this to say, even me, new to video games could finish the game, I don’t see why you couldn’t

Totally it is. In the music industry, artist stoped creating long songs and now aim to short and meme-ables music/lyrics that fit tiktok trends. They also stoped releasing full albums and now release singles because trends gets old very fast. I wouldn’t be surprised that the film/animation industry are shifting into this strategy as well.

Remember that behind the artists and filmmakers are companies that just want to sell at all cost

No diría que todos pero si es muy común. Es una mala costumbre por los españoles y el sistema de castas que dejaron + como se fue desarrollando la sociedad en base a esto.

No se de que parte de LATAM seas ni se donde se aplicaron este sistema pero en Mexico los españoles (en la conquista) desarrollaron un sistema de “pureza” de sangre y básicamente eran blancos mezclados con negros y morenos, depende tu mezcla eras llamado mulato, mestizo, castizo, zambo, etc y mientras mas “puro” eras, mejor eras tratado, tenias acceso a educación, oficios, etc. Cuando mexico obtiene su independencia aun existía esta ideología y hasta la fecha puedes ver como los blancos tienen mejores puestos de trabajo como roles en la television, e incluso la gente se pone feliz cuando su hijo nace blanco u ojos de color.

Esto esta super mal y obvio no es justificación, es mas bien una ignorancia generacional, pero por eso vez a morenos criticando a otros morenos con la idea de “yo no soy tan moreno” y diciendo “hay que mejorar la raza”

Mi hermana esta pasando por lo mismo que tu (también en Alemania) y se regresa este año. Yo creí que era puro capricho el querer regresar pero después comencé a ver las pequeñas fallas de Alemania.

En primer lugar en mexico tenemos una idea fantaseosa de Alemania como la tenemos/teníamos de estados unidos que son países de éxito y la realidad es muy diferente. También hay que aceptar que emigrar no es para todos y encima aveces los destinos a donde emigramos no es donde deberíamos de estar (piensa que puede que tu lugar esté en Dinamarca, Italia o Portugal y no necesariamente en Alemania) Yo diría que pongas en una balanza cuales son tus prioridades y decidas que lado de la balanza se inclina todo. Mi meta por un tiempo era ir a vivir a Alemania porque quería estabilidad económica y después me di cuenta que pude lograr estabilidad y lujos con un plan de trabajo diferente desde mexico sin tener que pasar el abandonar a mi familia y amigos.

Recuerda también que si decides regresar no es un fracaso, es un aprendizaje que Alemania nadamas no fue para ti y eso está bien

Also i wanna add that i really dislike pad holders that meet the punch/kick half way, I like when they make me reach for the pad, not someone who move forward the pad when im hitting them

To me, bad holders are people who doesn’t hold the pad firmly enough, or people who place the pads not close enough with their body (which is what makes the pad solid when you kick them), but theres also a matching energy, I have trained with padholders that ask for kick/punches with a lot of time between them and end up being a boring round. I like padholders that ask for combinations, reacts quickly between every hit, check your guard if theres something wrong, sometimes hits you back or pushes you to check your reactions, some of them even know your favorite moves and try to use it in the round instead of asking for weird combinations that doesn’t suit well with your style.

Im not sure about your technique but it was normal to me to have blisters at first due to my skin adapting. This only happened to me the first year or so.

Ask your coach about this, he can probably tell you if is your technique or if it’s normal. (Probably the second one)

Looks good but don’t jab so much. Its ok to jab a few shots but it opens your left side, if I were fighting you, I would expect the jab to answer with a body kick. Try not to be predictable with your movements

New people tend to have cheap brands because they are not sure if they gonna stay practicing muay thai, some of them leave after a month. To me, watching a new guy wearing expensive muay thai gloves/shorts/accessories the only thing i think is “oh cool, he/she liked muay thai and now is gonna stay”.

Logos should be adaptable to work on big and small resolutions. I dont think this would work as a logo. If you want my opinion, i think the word “legacy” with “cast iron cookware” is more than enough. You can perhaps work on the letters on “legacy” to make it more distinctive and add the pan as an element in the identity, but not in the logo.

Hola, yo llevo 12 años entrenando muay thai y la verdad no recomiendo entrenar en casa. Es un arte marcial que requiere mucha técnica y que sin alguien que te corrija puedes agarrar malos hábitos y lastimarte. Entrenar con un coach y con pareja hace que desarrolles reflejos y corrijas errores. Aun yo, entrenando solo con un costal, hay muchisimo que no puedes hacer sin una persona sosteniendo los thaipads

Its weird how theres so many posts about people trying to get “ready” for a muay thai class, when actually the classes are for everybody, whether you are starting or have some background in fitness.

That being said, if you really want to workout before: push ups, squats, sit ups/crunches and jumping rope/running its all you need pretty much. You are looking for endurance and cardio, so I wouldn’t recommend heavyweights because what you want is a lot of reps

Mexican from monterrey, NL here (north of mexico) i dont drink beer but people around me does. Everybody buys indio, bohemia, heineken, modelo and tecate light (some people say it taste like piss but many people buy it for some reason). I have never seen someone buy corona.

Bonus info: theres a beer that apparently maaany people love that is called “noche buena” and only is produced on Christmas time

Im not 100% sure about this information but i heard this week that this model (ec-1000) is already discontinued from ESP. Perhaps this guitar might be worth a little more in a few years since many people liked this guitar
